Bill Adamsen is a business and technology professional with over 25 years of experience creating businesses and organizations. Bill has significant operational and project management experience with focus on interactive web application development and technologies. As a consultant, he has proven strengths in identifying required organizational change and managing the change process. Bill’s expertise in technical development helps eliminate some of the mystery in the technical development process and allows organizations to focus on results. He leaves his projects well suited for operational life-cycle maintenance.

In addition to work, Bill is a Director of the American Chestnut Foundation and President of the CT Chapter. Under his tenure, the Chapter has developed a Strategic Plan and taken significant steps toward realization of the Regional Adaptability program.

As a parent of elementary school age children I am interested in childhood development and learning how to help children best achieve their goals.

The name 3gals comes from three important women in his life – his wife Susan and daughters Elizabeth and Sydney. I am eternally grateful for their love and support.
